This 3-week Strength Training Program will start on Monday, September 12.

My HIIT for Runners Bootcamp will provide you with:

  • 4 to 5 days of strength training workouts with my personal guidance on how to fit them into your current training plan.  Exercises are appropriate for runners of all ages and sizes and modifications will be included for those individuals who need lower impact workouts.
  • A 3-week sample running plan to help you kick off your training or help you bust through a plateau.
  • A supportive and motivational online community to help keep you accountable during the 3-weeks and beyond.
  • Daily motivation, tips, and personal support from a certified strength and conditioning specialist and running coach!

This bootcamp is usually $47, but for this weekend ONLY (September 1-5), I am offering you a $10 discount!  Keep in mind, a personal training session typically costs $65 per hour session.  You will be getting THREE WEEKS worth of workouts designed specifically with runners in mind for half the price of a personal training session!
