I am so excited to get started with your training program!  Here’s some important details to help get you started on the right foot! There are several things you will need to fill out and send back to me, so it might be a little overwhelming, but take it one thing at a time and get EXCITED!  You are about to have the best year of running EVER!

SCHEDULE YOUR GOAL SETTING CONSULT

If we had not had a chance to talk about your goals yet, go ahead and schedule a time for your goal setting consult at least 24 hours from now. We will go over your running goals, training plan, and any other questions you might have about your program!

SIGN + SEND YOUR WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Please read over + sign the Waiver of Liability within 24 hours.

ATHLETE QUESTIONNAIRE + IMPORTANT PAPERWORK.

Please fill out this athlete questionnaire, so I can begin creating your training plan!  Be sure to also check out the Run Coaching FAQS before we get started so you understand the expectations of both you + your coach!

FINAL SURGE

Be looking for an email invitation to Final Surge, which is the program where your running plan will be stored. You will upload all of your runs to this platform so I can review your data and make your plan custom to your goals and ability. As soon as you accept the email invitation, I can start planning your workouts!
