Happy Valentine’s Day! Anyone have any big plans with their LOVE today? Matt and I don’t really celebrate Valentine’s Day traditionally – no cards, no gifts, nothing really special. Instead, we are waiting until the weekend and going on a date night, just the 2 of us. We have no idea exactly what we are doing, but we will be happy to spend some time alone, without having to worry about MacKenna.
Even if you don’t have plans for today, how about a giveaway to sweeten your day?! I would LOVE to give you something sweet, like chocolate, but I know that some of us (myself included) have given up sweets or chocolate for Lent, so I’m not going to torture anyone with that. Instead, how about some bad @$$ headbands?!
I honestly don’t go on a run without a headband. Besides shoes, they are my favorite running accessory. And the cuter, the better! Katie just started a new headband adventure called BAMR (bad @$$ mother runner) bands and these are by far the cutest headbands ever! I really had a hard time deciding on one headband – I LOVED them all! Tons of adorable designs and colors. I ultimately went for something I knew I would love and wear often – black and white polka dots!
Not only are these headbands adorable, but they are also non-slip (I tested them on several runs – they’re awesome!) and Katie donates a minimum of $1 of every band purchased to Every Mother Counts, a campaign to help end preventable deaths caused by pregnancy and childbirth around the world. I mean, it really doesn’t get better than that, does it?!

They really have some cute designs! How do you choose? :) The black and white polka dot one or the headband with the gray chevron pattern would be great becauces they would match almost any outfit, but I’m also loving the headbands with the orange and yellow dots. I love that so many cute running headbands are available for runners these days.
