You guys, I am so excited about today’s post because I can’t wait to be able to work with YOU!  Many of you have been following my journey since before MacKenna was born (OMG, if you are one of those people, I want to give you a big hug for sticking with me and reading my blog for this long) and are now seeing my new journey into small business ownership.  Many of you reach out to me, comment, and like my photos, but for me, that’s not enough.

I want to be able to get to know MORE of you and HELP you through your own personal running journeys!  That means I need to make myself and my programs more accessible to YOU.  Which is why I will be hosting my first FREE 5-day HIIT for Runners Challenge course starting August 22.

I started doing high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts about 9 years ago – and I haven’t looked back since.  I even did these workouts during my pregnancy, just modifying the exercise when necessary and taking down the intensity a little bit.  Since starting HIIT workouts, I have been able to take MINUTES off my mile time and have seen drastic changes in my body.  I have never been stronger or more confident in myself or in my running since adding HIIT workouts into my training programs.

My FREE 5-day HIIT for Runners Challenge course will serve as an introduction to high intensity interval training.  You will receive 5-days of varied workouts that will help you gain strength, shed fat, and become a stronger and faster runner.  While 5-days definitely will not take minutes off your time, it will be a great starting point for you to learn how to incorporate these workouts into your own training program.  Plus, you can do my workouts in your living room – no fancy gym equipment required – in less than 20 minutes!

I will guide you day-by-day through each workout and help motivate you and keep you accountable for getting your workouts in every day!  I will also guide you through a 5-day running program to help jump start or progress your current running program!  In addition, I will have a super exclusive bonus for those of you who take my 5-day challenge course!
